Easy return
Pursuant to article 520 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, within 14 days of delivery of the order, you can access the return procedure and exercise your right of withdrawal for purchases made online.
In case of withdrawal you will have to send the products at your expense within 14 days of the return request.
The item must be in the same condition as you received it, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging.

If you purchased as a non-registered user, you can make a return request by writing to info@gl9.com.

Once the online return form has been completed and sent, the customer service will contact you to confirm your request and provide you with the information for the collection.
Prepare the package taking care to insert all the original packaging of the product. Inside the package, also insert the pre-printed label that you received with the shipment. Close the package and remember to write the address of our warehouse on the outside, which we will communicate to you together with the return confirmation.
Now the package can be sent!
The return must be sent from the same country where the order was placed. We will not accept any returns from a different country.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and after verifying that all the conditions have been met, we will send you a refund confirmation email.
The timing with which the refund will be visible in your account depends both on the payment method used during the purchase and on local banking procedures.
The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen for the online purchase.
